Jackie Smith joined the music scene in 2003 upon moving to NYC to pursue a Master’s degree in Social Work at Columbia University. Since then, she has been the vocalist for multiple projects, including FORSAKKEN from 2004 - 2005 and again in 2009 - 2011.

In pursuit of her passion for music, she has worked with PJ Berlinghof, vocalist for TWILIGHT ODYSSEY, to further hone her vocal skills. In her most recent project, she wrote, recorded, and performed in the band EARTHBOUND.

Throughout this time, she remained in touch with FORSAKKEN's Guitarist/Founder/Mastermaind Billy Garcia, and is back for a third stint with FORSAKKEN. Jackie Smith's Hellacious blend of Thrash and Extreme Metal Vocals is the aggressive steel assault of FORSAKKEN's New Wave of Traditional Metal(NWOTM) sound!
